FAQs and terms and conditions
One in a series of greetings cards designed by Caroline using inspiration from time spent living in Regensburg, Germany. Taken from artwork created with hand carved stamps of iconic Bavarian symbols.
Until I came to Germany, I knew this delicate green vegetable as asparagus. Time spent in Bavaria has uncovered that this is not just a vegetable, it is a part of the local culture. White and green Spargel appear on menus, on market stalls and at festivals, signifying the end of winter. Stands selling freshly picked bunches pop up at the side of the road. The vegetable becomes part of the celebration of the warmer weather, blue skies and summer days to come. It is a good feeling to be a part of this short and special season.
