How will my order be packaged?
All orders will be packed using good quality, protective envelopes. The size of the envelope will vary depending on the size of your order

How much will postage/shipping cost?
The total cost of your order will be calculated when you click on the Paypal ’buy’ button. I do my best to keep the postage as low as possible, while still aiming to keep orders safe and secure. I try to include discounts on multiple items purchased in individual orders

How long does shipping take?
Please check the Deutsche Post website for your country. For example, a letter to the UK from Germany should arrive within 3 working days. A letter to Japan from Germany should arrive within 7 working days.

Will I have to pay any customs/import charges?  
Please check your local postal company  for information on any relevant import fees. Handmade by Caroline is not responsible for paying these fees

How quickly will you send my order? 
For a product that is in stock, I aim to pack and ship within 4 working days. I will notify you on my journal page if there are any expected delays in sending out orders

My item is out of stock!
I do my best to keep items in stock, but sometimes they are limited editions that may only be on sale for a short time. If you have a particular item in mind, please contact me  I may be able to help

Colour matching
Please be aware that the colours shown on phone screens, computer screens and in real-life can vary slightly. I do my best to give a true representation of colours on my website although it is impossible to match these exactly.
